The Kitchenette at Studio Novella provides a large space for your caterer to prepare and store food before service. No food is allowed to be cooked inside Studio Novella. The kitchenette provides 2 eight foot work stations, 2 stand up freezer/fridge combo units, a large heated proofing cabinet (to keep cooked food warm) and deep freezer for ice. Ice will need to brought in from outside there is not an ice maker on-site.
